The 2014 Navy PFA application was built to provide Sailors with a tool for scoring both the Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and the Body Composition Assessment (BCA) portions of the Navy's Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA). In addition to the several scoring functions, we have included filterable charts and event timers. We hope you enjoy this free app.

Calculate your Curl-ups, Pushups, and Cardio. We calculate 18 types of U.S. Navy authorized workouts including bike, run, swim and elliptical. Your results will show your PRT Score and Category.
Calculate Body Composition with our BCA calculator! Input your height and weight. Results display the maximum allowed weight for your height, and a simple "PASS" or "FAIL" based on your input.
Set your goals and compare your current standing with our easy-to-use PRT charts. By clicking on "columns..." you can customize your chart to include points, curl-ups, situps, run, and swim charts.
Our simple event timers count backward for pushups and sit-ups from the U.S. Navy's official allotted times. Our Sit up Timer, Pushup Timer and Cardio Timers alert you when time is up, so you can focus on your exercise!
